30 Day Minimalism Challenge

I discovered this 30-day minimalism challenge today on Into Mind. The idea is that you do one of these tasks each day for 30 days. You pick the order that suits you, and you can't skip a day.

This minimalist challenge seems like the perfect antidote to holiday stress. Something to keep you grounded and mindful, even if only for a few minutes a day. Or... it could be a good way to kick off 2016.

Would you try something like this? I plan to start December 1 to help me through the holidays, our move (!) and dreary winter weather.
